MZA was established over 15 years ago. Since the late 1980s MZA has specialised in provision of marketing consultancy services to the telecommunications and IT industries at a European and Global level. MZA's capabilities fall into two clear categories: Multiclient Research, and Custom Projects.

MZA's multi-client study "The European & Global Telecommunications Market" is widely regarded as the definitive study on equipment markets. Based on an extensive programme of face to face interviews, the study delivers the best market information in the business at both an individual country level, a regional level and at a Global level.

MZA's custom projects are commissioned on a client by client basis covering voice, data and mobile areas. They may focus on one country, on several countries or assess the global situation. Custom projects coverage includes strategic marketing and marketing research.

MZA is headed up by company founder Mel Ziziros. As well as the team based at the Marlborough Head Office, MZA has a network of worldwide associates whose expertise can be drawn on when required.
