Sandy Kemsley is an independent industry analyst and systems architect, specializing in business process management, Enterprise 2.0, enterprise architecture, and business intelligence. She works with end-customer organizations and technology providers through her private consulting practice, Kemsley Design.

As a BPM architect, Ms. Kemsley performs engagements for financial services and insurance organizations across North America. As an analyst, she works with BPM vendors. She also creates and delivers BPM and related training courses. In addition to her technical background, she has worked on the business operations end of projects, and is often involved from business requirements and analysis through technology design and deployment.
